However, your satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged parcel, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. Once verified, we will provide a full refund or send a replacement, based on your preference and product availability.
We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the above criteria.
